….our work here (at UNDP office) is so tight and intense it (the mosaic project) was a unique experience. I managed to stop the time together with my colleagues never mentioning work, every one of us focusing on their mosaic. It was just a moment of colors, a universe of colors. I was distracted like a child without thinking of my schedule. We turned into children and we had a lot of fun. Making mosaic is a powerful symbol for working as a team. Thousands of parts are being put together to form a single design. I use this characteristic to costum design corporate team building projects that have two outcomes: a stronger team bond and a decorative mosaic displayed inside the work environment.
